Dr. Foster’s journey as an educator has allowed her to garner significant experience serving in high-need urban communities as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, founding school principal, and head of school. She has proven to be highly effective at closing the achievement gap and improving the quality of education for all students within the realm of her influence by honing teacher and leader practices. Dr. Foster also brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in dismantling the systemic and racial oppressions plaguing our nation's school system.

With nearly 10 years of experience in education, including daycares, Montessori-based schools, urban charters, and adult education, Ashley brings a wealth of knowledge to The Enriched Educator. She is deeply passionate about equity in education for both students and educators and achieves this through a tailored approach to curriculum development, coaching, feedback and data-analysis. As a former Director of Curriculum and Instruction, Ashley's data-based approach to strategic planning and problem solving is intentional and analytical, while incorporating the personal needs of each client's situation.

Terricita (Cita) Thomas is an educator with ten years of experience. She has taught across multiple grade levels in Ohio and Michigan. She has also served as an instructional coach and a founding Dean of Culture. Cita is a certified & distinguished coach, trained through CT3’s real time teacher coaching program. She brings a fresh perspective on the use of restorative practices and social emotional learning. Cita has also proven to be highly effective in fostering and maintaining a positive school environment that is driven by the needs of all students & stakeholders in order to guarantee a learning experience that is conducive to teaching the whole child.
